Life/school lesson

The lesson I have learned this year is that when you like a boy and they don't like you, don't be upset or mad. He is just another boy that will break your heart.

I mean, whats the point. You'll date for a week then break up and like another boy and do the same thing over again. It might be different if you are older and in high school because you will be more mature. Chances are he will be too. Don't waste your time crying over something stupid. I have also heard of some people committing suicide because of things like boys.

Ashley Hyatt got stabbed because of a silly fight about some boy and ended up losing her life. Do you think its worth it losing your life over someone your probably not even going to end up marrying?

I know I have gotten from a little school crush to getting killed but it can happen. If you start doing drugs and going to parties that can totally happen. Simple, innocent things turn into tragedies if you are not careful.

These things don't often happen but if you aren't careful, you never do know. It's just not worth the pain. Especially for the rest of your family. How do you think they will feel?

Sometimes relationships do work out when you are young but that is really rare. If you're lucky, after you break up with your boyfriend you stay friends and pretend like nothing ever happened.

Also another thing to be careful about is getting into the wrong crowd. If you start hanging out with the wrong people you could start doing drugs and smoking. Some people hang out with the wrong crowd and say they wont do anything bad but that could change in a heart beat. The thing is, if you start it's really really hard to stop. Once your in, there's no way out. Well there is but its very hard to find. So I wouldn't start in the first place.

Horse letter

Dear Mom and Dad,
You know that I have a passion for horses and I love horse back riding. You also know I have been riding for a long time and enjoy it very much. When I ride I have a chance to enjoy nature and forget about all my trouble and think about really matters.

Getting me a horse will help me develops self discipline, how to be more responsible and other important life qualities. If I get a horse I can enter shows and they can give me more positive social opportunities and activities. I will be able to keep me busy while also getting lots of exercise. I can also go riding with my friends and teach them stuff they need to know to become a good horse back rider too. I would be able to teach riding lessons so I can earn money to buy things for my horse.


I can get out of the house and into nature. I love the feeling of cantering through an open field filled with tall green grass and colourful wild flowers. They are so pretty, there are Bays, Dunns,Paints, Appaloosas, fjords, Albinos and my favorite the Tennessee Walking horse. Think of all the times I have begged you for a horse, every time I get back from a show I ask and ask but I always know what the answer will be. So this time try to think deeper and think of all the positive reasons, not the negative. I am one hundred percent sure I will love having a horse and I know you will enjoy it too.
